When I look at a prospective job for you, I will try to gather as much information as I can about what I feel you, the homeowner, is asking for.
I may ask for pictures and detailed descriptions of what you see in your mind. I want to determine what your needs and wants are concerning the project. I will then take that information and formulate a detailed description of the job which will include everything from start through completion.
I will present the plan to you, the homeowner, and together we will go through it and make necessary changes. When a consensus is reached, I will take that information and figure the dollar amount based on the materials used and the labor it will take to complete the project. When you and I are satisfied with the terms involved, I will draw up an agreement which we will sign together. The next step is getting started.
